Founded in 1974

Founded in 1974, D'Ewart Representatives L.L.C. is a non-stocking manufacturers' representative agency. We serve customers that have large communications and electrical power needs. Our efforts are directed toward these customers composed of end-users, contractors, consultants and distributors. Markets served include: energy utilities, renewables, industrial, commercial, military, government agencies (munis, counties, D.O.Ts, states & federal).

We provide coverage in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. D'Ewart Representatives L.L.C. is a member of the following professional organizations: EERA, MANA, NWPPA (Northwest Public Power Association), WEI (Western Energy Institute), MECA (Montana Electric Cooperatives’ Association), Wyoming Rural Electric Association, and Intermountain Power Superintendents Association.

Founding Member
Pete has worked with the agency since 1977, and is one of the founding members.

Doug D'Ewart

Founding Member
Doug has worked with the agency since 1977, and is one of the founders. He has a B.A.,Physics, Bowdoin College.

Heather Muzzy

Business Administrator
Heather joins D’Ewart Representatives with 26 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. 21 years in accounting and HR. Heather has additional experience in office management, project management, contract management and ERP systems. She holds a certification from Harvard Business School for Financial Accounting and multiple certifications in Human Resources.

April McMaster

Inside Sales
April has many years of experience in the Utility industry. Positions held: Inside sales for McGraw-Edison, Sales Engineer for Gore Electric, Area Manager for Erlphase and Application Engineer for Eaton Corporation specializing in Substation Switchgear and Relay Control Buildings. April holds Associate of Applied Science in Process and Control Technology from North Seattle College.

Kevin Burchell

Inside Sales
Kevin has been with the company since 2020 and has many years of experience in customer service. He received a B.S. in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management from Arizona State University.

Megan Longwell

Inside Sales
Megan's education was from the University of Washington in Chemistry. She started with us working summers in 2005 and became full-time in 2013.

Bill McMaster

Territory Manager
Bill received his B.S. in Biology from Washington State University. He covers Western Washington as well as the Olympic Peninsula and has been a Territory Manager with us since 1985.

Bruce Meyer

Account Manager
Bruce joined our team in 2010. He lives in the Spokane area. His experience includes territory sales engineer for Cooper Power Systems and working for ABB & Magnetek. Bruce has a BSEE and M.S in Manufacturing and Management Engineering.

Chris Norris

Account Manager
Chris is based in Eugene, Oregon covering Oregon & SW Washington with a focus on public power customers and Pacific Corp yards throughout the region. Chris’ experience includes a 5-year apprenticeship with IBEW Local 280 and has 30 years as a licensed Journeyman Electrician and still holds his current Oregon Journeyman license. Chris spent 4 years in Afghanistan from 2008-2012 as construction contractor; upon returning to the states he made a career change into sales. Before joining D'Ewart, Chris worked inside sales for C&I Distributors and outside sales for Irby Utility; prior to that Chris worked for Textron Tools & Test as a Territory Manager and represented Sherman Reilly, Greenlee Utility and HD Electric in the Pacific Northwest.

Matt Hilbert

Account Manager
Matt has a history of significantly growing sales.  He held the position of Director of Sales for the Americas for Lumasense Inc., based in Santa Clara, CA.  He worked for Reinhausen where he launched a new sales channel and team of 30+ sales engineers and several rep companies.   Matt held several positions with Qualitrol in sales and hands on field service.
Matt received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and an MBA from the University of Rochester.  

TJ North

Account Manager
With an extensive background in the utility industry, TJ came to D’Ewart from Quanta Services, the largest specialty contractor in the United States. At Quanta Services, TJ focused on the Western United States energy market in business development and major projects. Previous to working at Quanta services, TJ worked for a Heber Light & Power where he held positions in warehouse management, lineman and moving into project management and design. TJ holds a degree in Business Management.

Harold Wilson

Account Manager
Harold comes to D’Ewart with 27+ years in operations and management. Most recently, Harold held the position of Operations Manager for Heber Light & Power in Utah, one of the fastest growing utilities in the state and country. Harold held the position of Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Intermountain Power Superintendents Association where he taught and mentored lineman throughout his tenure. Harold is a Journeyman Lineman.
